This is the request from Drew Ross:
I write to you because a weekend in the Florida Schedule has opened up—September 17,18.  As you know, it is very difficult to get tournament dates in Central Florida, because historically, the same sites have held the dates through tradition.  We would like to host a world record capability trick tournament that weekend.  
It is just within the proscribed 30 day period (27 days).  Do you think an exception would be possible? If so I would sanction a trick tournament first thing in the morning.

If we approve the request:
- Event need to be sanctioned by AWSA;
- Event need to be registered on EMS;
- Proposed panel need to be submitted.
