Our working group, has send me the following proposal to vote on.

To come to our conclusions we looked at world titles, major event titles such as Moomba and Masters, pro wins, elite rankings, world records held and duration of those records held and winning percentage of elite events entered . 
We also put a small rating on contributions to our sport off the water and contributions in the community. 

When looking at all of these criteria we looked strictly within the time frame for the award. 
As an example if a skiers career started in 1985 and went through until the year 2000 we only looked at their achievements between 95-00. 

Based on the evidence Our sub committee have decided on the following skiers in each category. 

Skier of the past 25 years
Male    Jaret Llewellyn 
Female  Regina Jacques 

Skier of the decade:
Female  Jacinta Carroll 

For the men, as the results are really close a vote is required
The list of possible winners has been reduced to 4 skiers:

Please vote Yes to approve the above proposal and add the name of the Male skier of the decade.

P.S. Ryan and Jacinta, have a conflict of interest, so they wil not vote.
