"VTM" new video measurement jump system

Here is the issue


Chip Shand in the US is developing waterski software.  He already has a video stopwatch for tricks.  He has developed a jump measurement program that he would like to submit for approval “named VTM”.  
Bob, as he did for Donal, sent Chip the basic math calculation code in my jump program which he used.  
The system has been used in comparison with the official Jump measurement system in a few tournaments with really good results.

Bob and Donal have verified the calculations and they both agreed on:
Accurately calculates a distance based on a Corson Style grid setup.
Correctly adds 2.1m to produce the final distance
Performs the correct rounding processes.
Does not display a distance until the distance cannot be changed
Produces the necessary data for jumps to be verified after the event.

Based on the above statement, as has been done with the other systems in the past, I will send Chad our approval and Bob will announce this decision on the website.
