Here is the issue


When we originally sanctioned this event, Steve and I were concerned about the Epidemic and keeping our friends and family safe.  We also did not have a good idea of what the tournament situation would look like this summer.  When we sanctioned our event- we felt it was safe to sanction the Event as L – for SL & JP and R for Tk (as trick judging requirements between the two are quite similar and of course the “11,000 rule” would come into play).  Now that we are seeing successful events held, with good social distancing and safety protocols- we feel our site can safely hold Slalom and Jump as an “R” Sanction.  With this, we respectfully request a waiver which would allow us to upgrade  to “R” across all three events.
