Here is the issue


Lyman Hardy had a tournament scheduled for June 20/21.  However, he has been hospitalized with Covid-19 and pneumonia and will cancel his tournament.
Cory Pickos would like to run a tournament in place of Lyman's on that date, but it is, of course, less than 30 days away.  They would like a waiver due to the circumstances.
