Here is the issue

2020 IWWF Over 35 World Championships has been postponed to 2021, we already discussed this item, we know some changes will be required to the existing rules, as age division, Ranking to be used etc. I whould like to go step by step.
I will start from age divisions definitions, we had 3 proposal,
Keep the 2020 age divisions
Use the 2021 age divisions
Use the 2021 age division but allow skiers to compete in a younger category if they wish.


Please vote Yes if think we should use the 2021 age division and allow skiers to compete in a younger category if they wish.

Manon Costard comments: I believe we must not rush this decision. We have a lot of time ahead before this needs to be officially announced and I think we should take the time to hear what the over 35 would like to see happen. After all, it is their world championships and it is a big decision that could change many podiums.
The federation / organiser should reach out to the skiers, concisely explain the options, say we will be taking a decision soon and that they can email me their opinion on the matter if they want their wish to be taken into account.
This way, I believe we will protect ourselves from further complaints about the decision we will have taken (to not replicate the over 45 women speed change issue we recently faced).
