In Malaysia we decide to create the following division:
70+
75+
80+
85+
As we have to publish the new rulebook, please vote yes if you wish to add the 85+ division at the next Over 35 Worlds.

Bob Corson comments: I do not believe that the numbers support having this division.  However I still think that we should mandate a specific number on the ranking list by a certain date and if the number is met, then we have the event.  This would be on an event by event basis.
