I received a lot of requests to add the new age categories to the next “Senior Worlds”.
In Malaysia we decide that these divisions will not be in the World Championships until a certain number of skiers are on the ranking list for that event in that division
We are disputed that as these categories where not listed, the majority do not compete or compete in L tournament and don't appear on the Ranking List
Actually on the Ranking List we have the following numbers per categories.
 	   Slalom     Tricks    Jump
Men 70+	     23         17       6
Men 75+	     8	         7	 2
Men 80+	     2	         3	 1
Men 85+			
 	 	 	 
Women 70+    7           6       2
Women 75+			
Women 80+			
Women 85+			
If we agree we can add all of them (or some), as we did for the 65+ in Cile (not in the Team – max n…. competitors)

Jose Antonio Perez Priego comments: I have received inquiries from several skiers and it seems the trend among this group is to add only a +75 category and not multi categories.
My proposal is to create the category now and add it to the Worlds in September the way the +65 category was added in Mexico, open number of skiers not part of the national team but provide medals for the category.

Bob Corson comments: I note that in US rankings (not only L&R) there are 32 men slalom skiers 75+ in the top rating category  There are 6 women slalom skiers in this range.  In trick and jump there are only a few.

Nigel Talamo comments: The numbers don\'t appear to support multiple categories. I agree with Jose Antonio\'s proposal but I propose that the one age category should be lowered to 70+
