I am writing you because I would like to have a record tournament 3 event on October 9-10. I understand that its less then 30 days from the event and was wondering if i can please get a exception for this event, I might to do this a few weeks ago but with the Hurricane i just totally forgot, thanks Bob for understanding my situation
