Here is the issue


I have had a request that the Action Pro Night Jump ( 19S056- ), a $20,000 cash prize tournament be upgraded from L to R.  This is a tournament associated with the MasterCraft dealer meeting and just had the prize money approved , but the tournament is on September 10.  
Previously they declined to request an Elite sanction because of the conflict with the European Championships.
Vote Yes to allow the exception to have an R tournament with less than 30 days notice.
Vote No to not allow it to be R, but remain as an L
