Here is the issue


The World Games sub-committee is recommending the use of Donal Connolly's eyeTrick program.  Donal would like to demo this program in a videoconference.
I recommend that we hold such a conference within the next two weeks.  It would be at 22 or 23 GMT.  As North America is in daylight saving now, the times will vary a bit more.  Is this OK?  I am looking at 5 PM in New Jersey, same as last time.  Maybe April 4-6.  Please state your availability.

Donal will show the system operation in the video conference.  He also has offered to send members a trial copy.  Donal also plans to go to the USA this spring to demo the system.

Please remember that this is still Beta software. There are a number of known bugs and unfinished features. I would STRONGLY suggest that I spend 10 minutes with you online after you install the software so that I can walk you through it. I am happy to do this at a time that suits each person who wants it.

I am not sure who is on daylight saving, but you can adjust accordingly.  I will pre-meet with Donal who will set up demo.  Before meeting time, I will send out the mail with the connection link.  As this is more of a presentation than a meeting, other monitoring members can certainly log in.  Just send me your preferred email address so I can contact you.
