Here is the issue


In reviewing the Intent to Enter forms and the entries for the Worlds, I noticed that there was an entry from South Africa, but no intent to enter form had been filed.  I contacted South Africa and the person responsible, Carol Lowe, and she said the following:
Yes, my apologies  this has been my first year as secretary for South Africa and I ask that you forgive me and waiver the fine.

I did not fill in the intent to enter as I knew she was definite going to ski.  So if you check the date that I entered her. It was done before the dead line for intent to enter.

I just assumed that if you had entered you didn't have to fill out a form saying you were thinking about entering.

The skier was entered July 28 and the Intent to Enter deadline was September 17.
I have asked Carol to fill in the Intent to Enter since it contains important administration information (Contact details, team manager, etc.)

Please comment and vote.   Voting Yes means that you accept waiving the fine, No means you do not.

Jeffry Armstrong comments: Bob, you didn\'t ask for a vote at the top of the issue, so I am assuming that no vote is needed.  I approve what you have done.  Seems logical. Maybe some clarification on the Intent form is needed.
