I received the following request from Felix Loreto:
Last minute we have been asked to have a tournament as a pre requisite for the Bolivarian beach games to be held here in Peru Dec 9th-12th.
 
Our skiers have been training abroad and now are training back at home, and already have here two international judges who will be here for the scheduled dates plus the ones we must bring for next weekend.

Being a late/out of rule entry, we need a rule exception for tournament to be allowed as R.

Larry Gisler added:
The test event before the Bolivarian Beach Games   need be next week end  25 and 26 of October 2014.

Vote Yes to allow this exception.
