HOMOLOGATOR'S REMARKS - Must provide any variations (examples below): • Rules:AWSA and IWWF rules used as applicable. There was class C and class E/L slalom • Course alterations:None • Malfunction of equipment:The club's SP (boat) unit failed (as will be seen in the Boat Path Report). I put my SP unit in the boat and no further issues. During the time that club's SP was out of order, there was an End Course camera that was in place, surveyed, and used in the judge's tower. SP was in use for the majority of the tournament. • BPMS:As noted in the malfunction of equipment bullet. Georgia charges 2 arms and 1 leg for their NTRIP. The club has a SP base station and was totally reliable. The only problem was the SP unit in the boat. • Boat/Speed Control:No issues. • Other: This site has a central judges tower than spans the full width of the levee and has full view of both of their lakes. They have excellent video equipment in place. Chip Shand's Gate app, and boat video app were used. Worked great to the disappointment of a couple of skiers who missed an entrance gate. Other than boat judging all other judging was done from the central tower. There were two judges with a clear view of the course, and 2 additional judges who viewed the gates and boat video. It worked great with no problems. I couldn't reach the pregates or end course camera with my total station. Those were surveyed along with entry/exit gates when the Sure-Path survey was completed. It was a bit windy when I completed the SP survey vs the land survey. They con't match exactly, but both homologated. This is a really nice site. Other than the problem with the boat SP unit, there were no other problems. The end. Now a 7 hr drive (or longer since I have to go through Atlanta) on the way back to Pickos for the 2025 Sr PanAms. Now that's a fun site to homologate.
