The following section is where free form comments are added, and attachments are made. HOMOLOGATOR'S REMARKS - Must provide any variations (examples below): • Rules: On 4/26/24 Chief safety was unable to attend due to a last minute oblogation. Chief judge Kyle Eade assumed the chief safety position (2 physicians were also on site) and Stan Switzer assumed the role of chief judge (4/26/24 only) • Course alterations: No pregates are used for jump because it is not feasible given the location of the slalom course and the jump course lineup gives the drivers no issues. • Malfunction of equipment: Boat video malfunction (broken cable) 4/27/24 so slalom configuration changed to 2 judges on 1 side and 1 judge on the other side on 4/27 only. Boat video repaired 4/28/24. • BPMS: Surepath was not connected to waterskiconnect for jump (only jump) on 4/28/24 so several skiers did not have deviations submitted, but deviations were monitored on judges display • Boat/Speed Control: No issues • Other: None Homologator: Name:John Carder E-mail: jcarder180@gmail.com Chief Judge: Name:Kyle Eade E-mail: Kyle@skifluid.com Scorer: Name: Debbie Kern E-mail: dskern.1950@gmail.com This homologation record must be uploaded to IWWF HOMOLOGATION NOTICE For World and Confederation Titled Events, the Homologation Noticemust be posted before the competition starts.
