The following section is where free form comments are added, and attachments are made. HOMOLOGATOR'S REMARKS - Must provide any variations (examples below): • Rules: AWSA where applicable - IWWF where applicable • Course alterations:None required for slalom course. The entire jump course for the North jump was moved approximately 4.5M to the North. This was planned prior to the tournament. The club members felt the ramp was too close to the slalom entry gate and Slalom 6 buoy. Sure-Path was used to locate and survey the new buoys. The boat gates are a little more narrow than the 2023 rulebook (and this dossier calculations) which are based on 2024 revisions (which have not yet been published). Sure-Path has not been revised yet to meet the new rules, . The amount the gates are narrow is negligible and the 19M line buoys will be widened in the future to meet the new specifications. To note, Ryan Dodd spent a lot of time at the bottom of the lake moving and setting the new anchors. A few club members became well educated in the use of Sure-Path through the process and will be able to now self locate and survey the 19M buoys. The club members also surveyed the West Lake slalom course and the South Jump course with no assistance from the TC. • Malfunction of equipment: WSTIMS and the waterskiconnect message handler intially was working good, but then times and deviations stopped coming into WSTIMS. WSTIMS and the message handler were restarted. The message handler was operating as expected and WSTIMS showed that waterskiconnect was connected. The problem couldn't be corrected during the tournament but will be resolved prior to any future tournaments. • BPMS: Although the deviations were not coming into WSTIMS for all of the slalom and not at all for jump, the data was recorded on the rover phone, and will be available on the server if needed. • Boat/Speed Control:Zero Off - no issues • Other: Video Gates, Video Jump, and Video Stopwatch were used and all worked flawlessly. Several judges worked the slalom events and were introduced to Video Gates. The new Executive Director of USAWS attended the event, talked with many of the competitors and officials and took a lot of pictures. There are some opportunities for improvement for future tournaments, but the club has purchased most of the tournament equipment and has a list of the remaining equipment so that they'll be able to have everything setup in the future prior to the TC arriving. The TC will then just have to verify and will need to provide very little equipment. This was a well run tournament and there were many compliments from the skiers. This is a great 3 event site, and skiers can look forward to more tournments here in the future.
