The following section is where free form comments are added, and attachments are made. HOMOLOGATOR'S REMARKS - Must provide any variations (examples below): • Rules: AWSA for class C. IWWF for class L • Course alterations: None. Everything in tolerance • Malfunction of equipment: None • BPMS: Sure-Path • Boat/Speed Control: Zero Off Rev S • Other: The judge configuration was 2 judges on one side of the lake and boat judge. Video Gates used for judging gates. Boat video was used. It wasn't streamed to the shore judges. In the event there was not an agreement between boat judge and shore judges, the video was reviewed by the Chief Judge at the starting dock. The South shore of the lake is owned by one property owner who is not a skier and won't allow a judges tower on his property. He does allow the LOC to temporarily put up the gate camera but has to be removed immediately after the tournaments. EC Video was setup for use only if there were issues with Sure-Path. All buoys were in spec, ropes measured, handle checker on dock with measurements made under the supervision of the Chief Judge. There was heavy overcast at the beginning of the day and had issues getting Sure-Path connected prior to the start of the tournament. I initially put my unit in the boat. T-Mobile was solid at this site and my unit was getting 4 bars of service. I switched and put the sites Sure-Path unit in (has a Verizon sim card) and that unit worked well for the full tournament. IN DOT NTRIP was used at this site and the Sawmill site the previous day. Indiana has an IMAX mountpoint. Indiana NTRIP provides no mountpoints with all four constellations. Only GNSS-GPS and GLONASS are available. However, for this tournament Sure-Path worked really well. There were 169 total passes, and Sure-Path Data was collected for 163 of those passes. Data was collected for All passes 11.25 and shorter. The driving was very good. There were no individual or cumulative deviasions out of tolerance for the tournament. Champion is an EW lake, and Sawmill (prior day) is almost NS. Not having all 4 constellations is the only reason apparent that there were some issues getting connected with either of the units. The cell/wifi service provider was limited to only Verizon at the Sawmill site, but the Champion site is just East of Indianapolis and there is strong service from Versizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T. Waterskiconnect message handler worked well and was very reliable. The class L recommentation for both rounds for this tournament is justified.
