The following section is where free form comments are added, and attachments are made. HOMOLOGATOR'S REMARKS - Must provide any variations (examples below): • Rules: All rules were meet. For OPEN division we ran as Class R per the rules (configuraton), since it was sanction as Class R; but did not put a camera in Boat for a World Record (no record was set). • Course alterations: None • Malfunction of equipment: None • BPMS: 1)Both FDOT and Local SP Base was setup. 2) Mapped/Survey Gates with SP and FDOT Rover setup at the same time with splitter on GPS antenna going to rovers. Due to timing, had issue with floating on both FDOT and SP. Mapped/Survey Gates only and verify correct with land survey, and had the Chief Driver to driver down both sides of courses to verify setup for both SP and FDOT. 3)Setup up 3 boats with SP for each lake (one per boat mfg) with approx 10 to 11 cm offset and GPS approx 6 inches above plyon. Used SubID for Turnpike Lake and for Jump Lake since all 3 lakes were being run at the same time. 4) Setup one computer to monitor both slalom lakes at the same time. 5) Drivers also Registed in the Rovers when driving(new). 6) FDOT went down one day for a few hours and we switched all 3 lakes to SP until it was confirm FDOT was back up. FDOT did not go down any other time during the 4 day event. 7) We did have some issue with ATT mobil data/hotspot. 8) We did observe some issue with getting Jump Data in to WSTIMS due to hotspot being weak at the JUMP Lake. Setup in metal building. 9) We also had issue when moving boats from one lake to another lake; selected the correct course in Rover, but failed to change the Subid, so the Rover in boat worked, but data was don't recived in the Scoring Program. 10) OVERALL BMPS/SurePath worked very well with FDOT (state base). 11) Applied IWWF rule for Title Events (13M vs 11.25M or shorter for RERIDES on BPMS out of tolerance). • Boat/Speed Control: None • Other: 1)Tricks- Had GoPro on each boat for backup with GPS (activated at 15mph). Did observer some issue with GoPro shutting due to heat. Overall saved several re-rides when missed by the Camera Operator. 2) JUMP - Setup 2 Short Grids with one camera on East Shore to use earlier in the morning due to sun. Connect VTM to Waterskiconnect along with WSTIM to test interface (transfer skier name and distance). No issue as long as the scorer could add the skier quick enough. 3) The 35Plus Friday Night Event (Differnt tourn) failed to restore Trick Course that caused delays in the Saturday Trick Lake, which effect other lakes due to division conflict. OVERALL the 2023 USA NATIONAL on 4 Lake Site with over 650 skiers was successful.
