The following section is where free form comments are added and attachments are made. HOMOLOGATOR'S REMARKS For the US Open Slalom, it was run on the Main Slalom Lake (N-S). (12-23-16 deleted statement about gate cameras being wrong. (the gate cameras were correct, the survey points were input in the wrong slalom course (far course) by error). For the US Open Slalom Boat, a HD IP camera with wireless (Wi-Fi) was transmitted to the Center Judges Tower. The camera was mounted on tracker on in front of windshield, with a potentiometer mounted on the pylon that controlled the camera position. A half meter rope (like PP switch section) was used between slalom rope (1/2m shorter) and pylon. We had no issues on Friday. On Saturday, we had a major delay in the transmission and drop frames. After further review, it was in the computer. Had to use Web Cast camera for review. This was corrected late Saturday. For Jump event, several slalom buoys were removed. When reinstalling the 3 Slalom Turn buoys for the slalom final event, the attachment on the crossline cable were either off or add moved. The previous markers on the cross cable were NOT there. We had to visually lineup the 3 turn buoys with existing buoys. Did not resurvey. (Added 12-23-16) The WPB Jump was moved to the Main Lake (N-S). The jump was reworked to correct the surface, it did have a convex in the surface. A New Jump course was placed in the Main Lake for the US Open. Some of the ET/EC buoy were out of tolerance because the anchors were in a hole. This had no effect and the drivers were informed of the deviation. Tricks (1st Rd) was on the Turnpike lake, Final was on the Main Lake (N-S). We just used the Slalom Pre Gates and Entry (Red) buoys as the Trick Course with driving just on the one side. Again all the skiers were notified of the setup prior to the event. This report does cover the Big Dawg Finals, Class L portion. The Big Dawg Finals was run on the Turnpike lake. The boat camera was Analog signal to main building for review. The Final Head-to-Head was run under the lights on Saturday Night as Class F.
