List any alterations to the course, etc. during the competition. List any malfunction of equipment. Give any further information which might affect the Tournament Council's assement of the homologation. The Homologator`s evaluation report / 29.08.2010/ Waterski site Fischlham is very well suited for organizing important "WS International Calendar" competitions. It is an artificial lake ("Bagersee") with "North-South" orientation of installed courses, dug aprox. 4m deep bellow the country plain. A water surface of the skiing area is well protected by high banks and surrounding trees from prevailing "East-West" winds. During the running of events no backwash was observed. It is equipped with good site facilities, club house and sanitation. All catering services were organized and available during the Championships at appropriate level for all the participants. The On Site Medical Facilities, the Red Cross assistance, emergency team and the First Aid station were standby, and available without any delay. During the competitions neither injury nor serious accident occurred. The cooperation between the Jury and organizers was well maintained, and sustained during all the Championships days. No variations to the IWWF Rules were observed. The events' courses were installed in agreement with the Rules requirements, no alterations were needed and dimensions accuracy was within the Rules tolerances. The Chief Judge and the Homologator recommended the "RC" level for all events, after considering the technical aspects of the site installations. This information was duly posted in the Homologation Notice on the information board a day before the events started. The starting lists, results and all important information were also posted on board at starting dock, the club house board, and the public place information board. During the competitions no failure of officially supplied equipment was registered. All the participating Officials have duly signed the "Chief Judge and Officials Report". For the Homologation mode the measurements of angles were taken from three stations (ST1, ST2, ST3). The Jump measurement arrangement had the following orientation: 1/ The boat course on water, and the two video cameras base (Cam1-Cam2)on a bank were installed on the right side of the jump ramp, considering the direction of the jump, and as viewed from the middle of the jump ramp. The jump had "Left-to-Right" orientation when observed from the base of "Cam1 - Cam2", 2/ The base for theodolite measurements (ST1 - ST2 - ST3) was positioned on the opposit bank of the lake, so the orientation of the jump had the "Right-to-Left" (reversed) orientation 3/ The orientation of theodolite angles was such that the sights from "ST1" to "ST2" and "ST3" were 200 G, 4/ Due to fact that the orientation of the homologation base to the jump direction was reversed to the orientation of the Botcher video measurement system, the signs of "x" and "y" coordinates from the survey were "minus" (-), and the signs of the video system were "plus" (+). This was duly corrected in the jump measurement set-up, by the video measurements operator (Mr. Botcher). 5/ The Video system technology worked reliably during all the time of the jump distances measurement process, no problems arose from its operation, and none re-run was taken for a reason which could have been attributed to its failure.
