"On Sat. afternoon there was a severe storm, including large hail stones which disrupted all events." "The following events had been run under ""L"" conditions:" "Friday Mar 5th- Womens Salom seeds 1 & 2, Mens Slalom seeds 1 & 2,All Womens Jump." After the storm there was no further skiing untill Sunday morning.On Sunday morning the slalom course "had been repaired, but there was no time or oportunity to resurvey it before the event." "The jump grid was resurveyed which will explain the difference between the test buoy sightings, the" resurvey was necessary because of the change in the tidal conditions and the amount of water coming "into the river from storm water drains, the water height was very high and the excess current made the" "accuracy of the survey questionable as far as ""L"" conditions were concerned,for the events that were " "yet to be run, except for the trick event.
